Shipping

Orders for items in stock will usually be shipped within 7 business days (you will be contacted if any items are out of stock and given a date approximation) by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping for most orders will be a flat rate of $10.00. Orders that are very large or  very small maybe subject to shiping rate changes. You will be contacted if their is a rate change. Orders over $200.00 ship for FREE via USPS Priority mail.

Most orders will be received within 1-5 business days but please allow up to 14 business days for delivery (USPS will not track orders until 14 business days have past).

International Shipping

At this time, NuttyBrown does not ship orders internationally. Sorry for any inconvience.

Returns

You may return any unwashed, unused, items still in the original packaging (if applicable) within 30days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping). All returned merchandise must be received by NuttyBrown in re-saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.  A 15% restocking fee will be apllied to any special orders.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. If free shipping was applied to the order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

The shipping cost of returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by NuttyBrown or is defective.
